The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (FPAHK) celebrates its Cervical Disease Clinic’s 20th Anniversary this year by hosting the Seminar on “New Horizon in Cervical Cancer Screening and Prevention” in September to appeal for local healthcare professionals’ concerted efforts to fight against cervical cancer.

Due to overwhelming responses, the seminar is full and registration has been closed. 

 

Objectives:

  • To update healthcare professionals on advances in cervical cancer prevention and screening including HPV-based cervical cancer screening and new data on HPV vaccination;

  • To raise awareness among healthcare professionals on cervical cancer prevention services in FPAHK and other institutions in Hong Kong;

  • To allow networking of healthcare professionals in fighting against cervical cancer;

  • To encourage healthcare professionals in promoting cervical cancer screening and prevention to eradicate cervical cancer in Hong Kong.
