Welcome to join as a member of ARC! You will receive our latest information on sexuality education and join our activities at a discounted price.

	Individual Member	Agency Member
Membership	18 years or above (*Parents or Guardian are required to sign the membership application forms for youth and children under the age of 18)	Schools, NGOs or other educational groups
How to become a member	1.Anyone who borrow three or more items of sexuality education resources, OR 2.Purchase any sexuality education resources, OR 3.Sign up for any sexuality education programs, Will receive a free permanent membership.
Items for loan	Books, multimedia items, & partial list of educational kits	Books, multimedia items & teaching kits
Purchase of sexuality resources	10% discount
Application methods	1. Please fill in and submit the individual membership application form, OR 2. Please fill in and submit the individual membership Google form.	1. Please fill in the agency membership application form and submit it in person, by mail, fax or email, together with the stamp of the agency.
Welcome Gift	New members will receive a souvenir.

Remarks:

Membership card will be ready within one to two weeks.
If your membership card has been lost, please report to ARC immediately.
If you wish to cancel your membership in the future, simply notify the Activity & Resource Centre by email, fax or post with your name and email address.
The Activity & Resource Centre reserves the right of final decision on membership applications.
