Youth volunteers in the peer counselling team are trained mainly to provide sexual and reproductive health counselling to youths through e-mail. During the summer vacation, intensive training workshops are conducted for newly recruited "peer counsellors", who learn how to offer non-judgmental, non-directive emotional support and advice on sexual and reproductive health.
Through regular group training and feedback with the Association's counsellors, the "peer counsellors" learned how to address youth's sexual concerns, obtain correct knowledge about sexuality, and develop responsible attitudes and life skills.
