When using ARC services and facilities, service users are expected to follow the regulations and the staff instructions.

The maximum capacity of ARC is 30 people. Crowd control may be in place whenever necessary, particularly when an activity is in progress.

Please keep your personal belongings safe, ARC will not be responsible for any losses or damages.

Please be ready to leave 15 minutes before the closing hours of ARC.

Children and youth under the age of 18 are recommended to be accompanied by their parents or adults when using ARC services.

Please keep ARC tidy. Smoking, running and making excessive noises are prohibited.

Service users are not allowed to take any items away from ARC. Our staff reserve the right to inspect service users’ bags or belongings if in doubt.

The opening hours of ARC are subject to change. Please pay attention to the notices posted on FPA website or inside ARC.

Please put the books or materials back in the library cart after reading, and do not put them back on the bookshelves.

Please handle all sorts of audio-visual facilities or resources with care. Service users are liable to compensate for any damages or losses.

All payment transactions are only accepted by cash or Octopus in ARC.

Should a service user in breach of any rules, cause a disturbance to others or intervene the operations of ARC, we reserve the right to refrain the service user from attending any activities in ARC.
