Notice on Adjustment to Service Fee Waiver or Reduction Arrangements

With effect from 1 April 2026, the Association will adjust the existing service fee waiver or reduction arrangements for persons with financial difficulties.

The adjustment has been made following a careful review, with the aim of ensuring that the Association’s services can continue to provide sustainable support to people in need. The Association understands that the adjustment may have an impact on some service users and will, where practicable, continue to explore and provide other appropriate support measures.
