Special arrangement on Typhoon No. 8 and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
The opening hours of ARC when typhoon No. 8 is hoisted:
- The ARC will be closed in case of typhoon No. 8 is hoisted at or after 5:00pm.
- If the situation is feasible, the ARC will remain open in case of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued when it is open.
- The ARC will be reopened two hours after in case of typhoon No. 8 is lowered at or before 5:00pm.
The opening hours of ARC when Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued:
- The ARC will be closed in case of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 5:00pm.
- The ARC will open in case of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the opening hours.
- The ARC will be reopened two hours after in case of Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered at or before 5:00pm.
