Cervical Health．I Care ! Campaign

Cervical cancer is one of the common cancers among women in Hong Kong; however, it is also one of the few cancers that can be prevented early through "cervical screening" and "HPV vaccination". Since early-stage cervical cancer is often asymptomatic, it frequently goes undetected, leading to delayed treatment. Funded by the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), FPAHK rolls out the "Cervical Health．I Care! Campaign" from now until January 2027. It aims to raise public awareness and concern about cervical cancer prevention, prevent cervical cancer early and go for screening! 

Promotional Offer for Cervical Screening 

The first 100 clients who successfully schedule an appointment for Cervical Screening Service can enjoy a HK$100 discount. Service quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. 

FPAHK provides the cervical screening methods: (1) Cervical Cytology (Liquid-based Cytology); (2) Co-test (hr-HPV DNA Test + Cervical Cytology). 

Booking Service

• Please submit the online appointment form and call FPAHK clinic directly to schedule your appointment for screening on or before 16 November 2026. After submitted the online application, you will receive an auto-reply email notification, please check your inbox (including spam folder); please call the clinic according to the information in the email to schedule your appointment for cervical screening, the screening date must be on or before November 30, 2026.
  
  
• If the line is busy, please leave a message with your name, contact number, and email reference number, our staff will contact you as soon as possible. If we fail to reach you after calling thrice, your request shall be deemed abandoned. If you do not receive a call from us within a month after submitting the form and leaving the message, please contact us by calling Enquiry Hotline: (852) 5190-9884 or using Online Enquiry. 

• Please produce the electronic copy, printed copy or captured photo of FPAHK email notification upon your visit for verification and registration. In addition, to help us understand your feedback on this Campaign, please complete a short online survey after using the service and show the captured photo to our staff.  
  

Points to Note

• Avoid vaginal douching, spermicides, vaginal medicines, and sexual intercourse two days before cervical screening.
• Treat abnormal vaginal discharge before cervical screening. 
• As cervical screening is not suitable during menstruation, please schedule your appointment on a date when you do not expect to have menses. 
  
  

Terms and Conditions 

• HK$100 discount is only applicable to the first 100 clients who successfully schedule an appointment for our Cervical Screening Service. Service quota is limited on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to clients’ attendance at FPAHK Clinic. If the service quota is full, no new booking will be accepted. 
• Co-test is only applicable to female aged 30 or above who have ever had sexual experience.
• Cervical Screening is not suitable to female who are having menses / have never had sexual experience. Please consult healthcare professionals if necessary. 
• Client must have never had cervical screening or be due for the test.
• Client requesting services other than Cervical Screening is required to pay for additional service fees.
• All clients are required to submit the online booking request form and call FPAHK clinic directly to schedule your appointment for cervical screening on or before 16 November 2026. Late application will not be accepted.
• All clients are required to attend the FPAHK clinic in person at your scheduled time for cervical screening on or before 30 November 2026. If the captioned service cannot be completed by the above date, the booking shall be deemed abandoned.
• Client is required to produce the electronic copy, printed copy or captured photo of FPAHK email notification and the original of identity documents for registration upon her visit. If the above-mentioned information cannot be produced / the above-mentioned information is inconsistent with the information provided in online form, FPAHK has the right to refuse service provision.
• The Campaign is subject to the latest information on the FPAHK website. The Campaign is subject to change without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, the decision of FPAHK shall be final.
