Vasectomy

Vasectomy is a permanent contraceptive method for men that can be performed under local anaesthesia. For male applicant who apply for Vasectomy, please click here to watch the video of application procedure, and click here to submit booking request or call FPA Clinic Services Hotline at 2572-2222 for first appointment to receive pre-operative assessment; For married applicants, spouse must attend the pre-operative assessment. Male applicant who are deemed suitable for Vasectomy after doctor consultation will then be arranged to undergo Vasectomy at Wan Chai FPAHK Day Procedure Centre on another date.

Service Fee Adjustment of Vasectomy From April 1, 2025, vasectomy has been changed to a non-subvented service item. This service will be charged as a package at HK$8,6501, which includes: 1 nurse & doctor pre-operation consultation, Vasectomy (under local anesthesia), 1 post-operation follow-up, and 2 post operation semen analyses. 1 If the client informs our staff to cancel the operation (for whatever reasons) less than 5 working days before the scheduled operation date, an administrative fee of HK$300 will be charged. Please read the information sheet about Vasectomy carefully upon your visit. |

Shingrix Zoster Vaccine Please note: clients must complete the vaccination at the same location.
According to the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, regardless of whether you have had chickenpox before, people aged 50 or above / people aged 18 or above who have weakened immune systems or are at higher risk for shingles can consider to receive Shingrix Zoster Vaccine. Vaccination can protect against shingles and postherpetic neuralgia induced by shingles, and reduce related complications. As for whether or not to get vaccinated, please seek doctor’s advice first. |
