A closing ceremony and fun day was held on 17 December 2010 to conclude the territory-wide "Youth Sexuality and Love Campaign" launched by the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (FPAHK) in 2008. With joint effort of key youth services and welfare organizations in Hong Kong, the Campaign promoted healthy love relationship with informed choices and responsible behaviour among young people.

Young pop singers and volunteers joined Guests of Honour to send season's greetings of love to fellow youths at the ceremony, while public was also attracted to the game booths, DIY gift stall and exhibition on the Mobile Library.

Summing up the series of programmes throughout three years, the Campaign ended with a number of fruitful highlights:

  • A line-up of favourite cultural figures spoke among young people in serial lectures "Five Lessons on Love" on various love topics.
  • A Subtitles Re-creation Competition to invite young people to express their views on love on selected clips from a local film.
  • A video programme "Say Love" to collect the views of over 30 celebrities on love, aiming to encourage young people to reflect on the meaning of love and responsibility towards oneself as well as others.
  • A creative, meaningful yet inexpensive competition titled "Sweet Journey 99" co-organized with a local newspaper. Young couples were encouraged to design a Christmas date within four hours on a budget of HK$99 (US$12.6).
  • An educational DVD-ROM was produced to equip teachers with resources and guidance on love education among young people.
