In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong (“we or the Association”), take individuals’ privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding users’ personal data and protecting their confidentiality. You may decline to provide the requested personal data, but in such case the Association may not handle your requests, enquiries, comments or concerns on our provision of services due to insufficient information. Please ensure your provided data is correct and contact the Association if there is any update.
