Order Details

1a. Local order

  • You are welcome to purchase our resource materials in person at Activity & Resources Centre. Some of the resources are also available at our FPA Jockey Club Teen Bean Mobile Classroom. You may check with our staff in advance to confirm the availability of resources.
  • Online：You may order online directly without downloading the Resource Materials Order Form. Please indicate your preference of self-pick-up or by local mail. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you by phone or email.
  • By Mail：Please click here to download the Local Resource Materials Order Form. You are welcome to check with our staff in advance to confirm the availability of resources. The completed form along with a crossed cheque made payable to “The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong” should be sent to the Activity & Resource Centre.
  • By Fax or Email：Please click here to download the Local Resource Materials Order Form and fax to Activity & Resource Centre (2919-7795), or email to arc@famplan.org.hk. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you by phone or email.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will contact you in 14 working days (subject to stock condition and order quantity).

1b. Overseas order

  • Please submit your order here, or download and complete the Oversea Resource Materials Order form, and send to Activity & Resources Centre arc@famplan.org.hk. We will confirm the price including postage, administrative fee and payment method with you by email.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will contact you in 14 working days (subject to stock condition and order quantity).

2. Payment method

Local Order

You may choose:

  1. to pay when picking up the items
    You may pay by cash or cheque when you pick up the items at our Activity & Resource Centre or FPA Jockey Club Teen Bean Mobile Classroom, you may settle the payment either by cash or cheque.
  2. By PayPal
  3. Send a crossed cheque
    made payable to "The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong" by mail. For local order in Hong Kong by mail, please send a crossed cheque in HK dollars under a licensed bank in Hong Kong.
  4. Bank-in payment
    You may bank-in the payment to our HSBC bank account no. 024-012767-002 (Organization name: The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong). Please provide copy of bank-in slip with your name, telephone number and order form through mail, fax or email to arc@famplan.org.hk. We will contact you once the payment is confirmed. Excessive transfers may not be retained for the next purchase or refund.

Overseas Order

  • For overseas order, we accept PayPal or telegraphic transfer. Please contact the Activity & Resource Centre to check with the price including postage and administrative fee in advance.

3. Method of Delivery

3a. Local Order 

We will process your order and:

  • Contact you by phone or email to pick up the items at Activity & Resource Centre or FPA Jockey Club Teen Bean Mobile Classroom, please pick up within one month; or
  • Deliver the items to you by mail (Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in shipping)
  • Free shipping for local order more than HK$1000 (except outlying islands)
  • Any orders delivered to consolidated shipping address will not be processed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

3b. Overseas Order

We will process your order and:

  • Deliver the items to you by mail (Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in shipping)
  • Any orders delivered to consolidated shipping address will not be processed. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

4. Exchange policy

4a. Local Order

  • All items sold are not refundable.
  • Items could only be exchanged due to binding, printing and other original defects.
  • Goods exchange is available in ARC within 7 working days of purchase; relevant items should be presented with valid receipts and in their original packaging.
  • Items can be exchanged once only.
  • FPAHK reserves the right of final decision.

4b. Overseas Order

  • All items sold are not refundable.
  • Items could only be exchanged due to binding, printing and other original defects.
  • Please send copies of valid receipts and photos of the items to arc@famplan.org.hk for verification within 7 working days. Late request will not be considered.
  • The buyer should bear the shipping cost of returning the items back to FPAHK, FPAHK will only bear the cost of shipping the items again to buyer. (Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in shipping)
  • Items can only be exchanged once.
  • FPAHK reserves the right of final decision.
