Sex Q&A

Sexual Dysfunction

I have difficulties in maintaining erection, where can I go for help?

Erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence, means the persistent inability to obtain or to maintain an erection adequate for satisfactory sexual performance. It is caused by physical or psychological factors, or a combination of the two. Since erectile dysfunction can be an early symptom of such underlying medical conditions, it is essential for patients to seek early diagnosis and treatment. Please click here for more details.

I always have probelm during sexual intercourse. The upper part of my sex organ does not enlarge properly. Is there anything to do with my outer skin because it is long which covers the whole upper part of the sex organ. What can I do and where can I get help?

Based on your email description, it is possible that you may suffer from a condition called phimosis (foreskin contraction) whereby the foreskin is too tight or contracted causing problems during sexual intercourse or urination. Sometimes circumcision to remove the foreskin will be required to treat this condition. You should see an urologist for a checkup.
