Share Health, Share Love: Free Cervical Screening Programme
About the Programme
As a pioneer in cervical cancer prevention, FPAHK has been dedicated to promoting public education and providing health services on the prevention of cervical cancer for more than 50 years. With the sponsorship from Shun Hing Education and Charity Fund, and to raise public awareness of cervical cancer prevention, "Share Health, Share Love: Free Cervical Screening Programme" was launched to enable eligible persons to receive free cervical screening (Co-test).

Eligibility
- Female Hong Kong resident aged 30 or above
- Recipient of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme or Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme
Documentary Proof on Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must produce the following valid documents upon their visit:
- Original of Hong Kong Identity Card
- Original document of CSSA / WFA (applicant / core family members residing with applicant are currently receiving or have received the assistance in the six months prior to the submission of application)
- Applicant’s original of Hong Kong residential address proof in the past six months (produce any of the following)
- utility bills for water / electricity / towngas services issued by public bodies
- correspondences issued by banks
- bills of landline telephone / mobile phone / internet services
- documents / bills issued by local post-secondary institutions
Please note: the address shown on the Hong Kong residential address proof must be consistent with the address shown on the document of assistance
Provide Free Cervical Screening (Co-test), the service content is as below:
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV) DNA Test
- Cervical Cytology (Liquid-based Cytology)
- Nurse Assessment
Application Method
- Applicant is required to submit the online application form on or before 15 Dec 2025. After submitted the online application, you will receive an auto-reply email notification, please check your inbox (including spam folder).
- Applicant is required to visit any of the five designated FPAHK Birth Control Clinics1 in person for Co-test on or before 31 Dec 2025, no appointment is required. Please check the addresses and opening hours of FPAHK Birth Control Clinics before your visit, registration will be stopped 15 minutes before closure of clinics.

Points to Note
- Co-test is only applicable to female aged 30 or above who have ever had sexual experience. Co-test is not applicable to female who are having menses / have never had sexual experience / are aged under 30.
- Applicant must have never had cervical cytology or the test is due.
Service Quota
Service quota is on a first-come-first-served basis, the Programme will cease accepting application if the quota is full.

Terms & Conditions
- Co-test is only applicable to female aged 30 or above who have ever had sexual experience. Co-test is not applicable to female who are having menses / have never had sexual experience / are aged under 30.
- Applicant must have never had cervical cytology or the test is due.
- Applicant is required to pay for additional services that are not covered by this Programme.
- Applicant is required to submit the online application form on or before 15 Dec 2025. Late application will not be accepted.
- Applicant is required to undergo Co-test on or before 31 Dec 2025. If the captioned service cannot be completed by the above date, the application shall be deemed abandoned.
- Applicant is required to produce (1) the electronic copy, printed copy or captured photo of FPAHK email notification, (2) the original Hong Kong Identity Card, (3) the original valid documents of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme or Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme and (4) applicant’s original of Hong Kong residential address proof in the past six months upon her visit for verification of identity and eligibility. If the above-mentioned email notification or documents cannot be produced / the above-mentioned document is inconsistent with the information provided in online application, FPAHK has the right to refuse service provision.
- Service quota is on a first-come-first-served basis, the Programme will cease accepting application if the quota is full.
- The Programme is subject to the latest information on the FPAHK website. The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, the decision of FPAHK shall be final.
