「子宮頸癌疫苗注射先導計劃」是扶貧委員會通過由關愛基金撥款、香港家庭計劃指導會推行的援助項目。此計劃由2016年10月開始推行,為期三年,接受計劃資助的受惠人須於2019年9月30日或之前申請並接種第一劑疫苗注射,並須於2020年3月底前完成所需疫苗注射。

As approved by the Commission on Poverty, the "Cervical Cancer Vaccination Pilot Scheme" is an assistance programme funded by the Community Care Fund and implemented by the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong. This scheme starts from October 2016 for a duration of 3 years. Beneficiaries must apply and receive the first dose of vaccine on or before 30 September 2019, and receive all the necessary doses of vaccine before the end of March 2020.

目的

為合資格低收入家庭的青少年女性提供子宮頸癌疫苗注射。

 

Objective

To provide cervical cancer vaccination for teenage girls from eligible low-income families.

 

受惠對象

受惠資格受惠人須繳交費用
9至18歲的「綜合社會保障援助」女受助人免費
9歲或以上獲發「學校書簿津貼計劃」全額津貼的女學生
「在職家庭津貼計劃」受惠家庭內9至18歲的青少年女性
9歲或以上獲發「學校書簿津貼計劃」半額津貼的女學生每劑疫苗注射港幣100元
