Service Content
Aiming at early detection of cervical cancer, breast cancer and ovarian diseases in women.
The Service includes a general physical examination with measurement of blood pressure and body weight, examination of the thyroid, abdomen, breasts and pelvis, ausaltation of heart and lung. Laboratory investigations include urine analysis for glucose and protein. A pap test * is also taken and women are taught breast self-examination.
*If the smear shows abnormality, the Association can arrange colposcopy referral to Hospital Authority or private hospitals upon clients' requests.
*For client under the age of 26 and is not yet married, please contact our Youth Health Care Centre for assistance.
